Welcome to Sunday Slice
These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can shop here
You need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from us.
Our products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look a little different depending on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly. If something isn’t what you expected, check out our Refund Policy.
Prices and mistakes
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a wrong price or a typo. If that happens, we can fix it and cancel any orders affected by it, even after you’ve ordered. If we cancel your order, we’ll refund you in full.
Orders
We can refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like if something is out of stock or an order looks suspicious. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you’ll get your money back.
Payment
Payment is handled through Shopify’s secure checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment info you give us is yours, or that you have permission to use it.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not promises. See our Shipping Policy for details. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are out of our control, but we’ll always help you track it down.

Using our site
Please don’t use our site to do anything illegal, harmful, or sketchy. That includes hacking, spamming, copying our content, or pretending to be someone else. We can block anyone who breaks these rules.

The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to Sunday Slice or the people we got them from. Please don’t copy or use them without asking us first.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your info.
Limits on what we’re responsible for
We sell our products “as is.” We’re not responsible for any damage or loss that comes from using our products or our site, beyond the amount you paid for your order. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
