Refund policy

Something wrong with your order? No problem. If it shows up broken, doesn’t work, or isn’t what you ordered, just call or text us at (949) 680-7537 within 30 days. Have your order number ready, and we’ll send you a new one or give you your money back.

Changed your mind? You can send it back as long as it’s unused and still in the package. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping. Once we approve it, your refund should hit your account in about 5–10 business days.
